Thank you so much for visiting our site. TruVine companies was created in 2022 to help define and consolidate 20 years of development, construction, and real estate investment.
My first company is still going strong today. Icon Building Supply is a turnkey framing subcontractor that specializes in component framing packages. It has evolved into other trade work such as interior finish and FFE packages. My partner and I currently service the hospitality and multifamily industry.
As the market is ever changing, so am I. My first subdivision is near the quaint bedroom community of Hawley, Minnesota. Timber Shores is a lake shore development that I now call home. It consisted of 36 large lots. This was a gateway into my second residential development - Autumn View - also in Hawley.
My next company was a natural progression to compliment my housing development. GRL Custom homes was founded to give me purpose and give me more tools towards development. We have constructed over 30 homes since 2009.
As a licensed contractor, I have also had extensive experience in commercial fit up and remodel projects.
From 2016-2021 I partnered with industry leaders in the hospitality development sector and co-founded Dakota Legacy Group. I led a team and oversaw 50% of all projects. I was involved with entitlement, design and construction oversight of over 300 million dollars in hotel development. I learned the value of a great team.
Over my career I have bought and sold and developed office, retail, commercial, multifamily, and vacation rental property. I have been blessed to have found great partners and have a desire to continue growing in these sectors.
My next chapter in business brings me to TruVine. This new company profile gives new purpose and direction to my growth. Moving forward I bring my development, residential and commercial projects under one umbrella. TruVine is a reminder of my faith and blessings. My hope is that my work will inspire my partners, clients, and consultants. TruVine will serve as a reminder to myself and others what should be motivating our desires. Together we can grow with integrity, honor, and righteousness. We will bear fruit that is pleasing and that will be multiplied.
